I need a good sun cream (sunscreen sunblock) specifically for face, minimum spf 30, to help with dark pigmentation patches?

I get really bad dark pigmentation patches all over my face as soon as the sun makes an appearance. I need a really good facial sun cream, not just a regular bottle of cream that you would buy for your holidays or a daily face moisturizer with SPF. I need something I can use every day, that's not too greasy, wont clog my skin and I can use make up over. I think a minimum of SPF 30 would be best.

I love being in the sun and getting a tan but am fed up with these patches, they look awful. I currently use a good daily moisturizer with SPF 15 but I don't think its enough as the patches have started already and we've had, what, 3 days of sun!!

Any advice on sun creams would be greatly appreciated or any other advice on how to prevent dark pigmentation.

as I mentioned I have combination/normal skin I do have occasionally blemishes and do have somewhat enlarge pores just in my nose and well at the moment I just use soap to wash my face and use garnier skin renew with spf 15 in the morning. The cream is ok but it seems to be making my face a little bit oily and well it hasn't really done anything except for having the spf to protect my face from the sun, and I'm not sure what to purchase because I'm 25 and well I want to start protecting it for anti-ageing but I'm not sure what to purchase if olay,l'oreal, or aveeno. If someone can please help me I would appreciate it and thanks in advance.
